MEET MEAGAN

Founder Meagan Jaxon

Meet Meagan Jaxon, Urban Artists founder with over 20 years experience in the beauty industry.  She began her training at the Blanche MacDonald Institute for Applied Design in Vancouver where she was one of the top in her class. Meagan also received the Canadian Red Seal in Cosmetology in 1999.  In the past Meagan has participated in Sydney Fashion Week in Australia and has also won multiple awards for her work with RedKen and Canadian Fashion magazines. Also winning multiple awards in Evening Make-up/glamour competitions all around the globe.

Meagan currently works in the Film and Television Industry and has most recently done work with Disney, L’Oreal, West Jet, Hero images and the Canadian Heritage Minutes, just to name a few.

MIRCROBLADING

Microblading is an advanced brow technique using a micro-fine row of needles to deposit pigment into the epidermis creating thin hair like stokes. This technique is semi-permanent which lasts up to 12 - 24 months. 

MAKEUP 

Makeup for any occasion. Whether you are looking for professional makeup to mark a big day such as your wedding, graduation or event. Meagan also offer makeup for fashion shows, editorial, special FX and TV.

HAIR

Hair for every occasion including life. From hair cuts to colour and styling, make sure no hair is out of place. Whether it is for every day or a big event such as weddings, fashion shows, editorial shoots, TV/Film or more.
